VIC:Baillieu shows off front bench =2
There will be 22 ministers in the coalition cabinet .. but only five members have had
their portfolios from opposition altered.
Deputy premier and Nationals leader PETER RYAN will take on responsibility for regional
development .. while tourism minister LOUISE ASHER will relinquish the water portfolio
to agriculture minister PETER WALSH.
Mr BAILLIEU says the changes are modest .. as he wants to enter government with a stable team.
