NSW:Man is charged for slashing police offcer
A man has been charged for allegedly slashing a police officer with a broken glass
on a bus in Newcastle.
Police say a 43-year-old man began making threats to the bus driver and passengers
at the city's bus and rail interchange early this morning.
While arresting him .. a 25-year-old constable was cut on the hand and forearm with
a broken glass.
