According to the abstract posted by the World Intellectual Property Organization: "A method and system to contextualize information being displayed to a user within an internet browser window or an application on a personal computer or a mobile phone, using data and a user's data model stored in a local storage. The data can be extracted from information requested by the user, from information automatically pushed to the user or from any sort of interaction the user can have with his web browser. The data is used to create a user's data model. As a user navigates on the internet, data is instantly extracted from the content of the pages seen and stored in a local storage. If the user makes queries on a search engine for example, some n- grams extracted from the search terms as well as the search results are stored locally."
